Shipping
In Japan, we use YAMATO TA-Q-BIN and SAGAWA EXPRESS
For international, we use EMS (Express Mail Service)
The delivery is about 7 to 10 days after the order is completed.(a few of items are different)
In Japan, you can order a time and date to receive the goods. If you have, please let us know when you place order. For international , we are sorry we cannot provide this service, but if you are urgent for a special day, such as, a present for birthday, Father`s Day or Mother`s Day and so on, Please tell us before place order. We will try our best to reach your request.
For international, every country has different laws, in case of duty charges with delivering, it is the responsibility of the customer. Thanks for your understanding.
If you choose Bank Transfer, orders are shipped after completion of payment.
For the customers who use the transfer company to shipping goods to overseas. Please leave us your mobile phone number which definitely can contact with you.
For overseas shipping, we packed each item in one package in order to avoid damage while delivery.
Returns and Refunds
Although we strive to ship the correct products,please check the shippment is correct within three days of recieved。In case of matter on quality, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to resolve the problem. But please understand these are handmade products, each item has a subtle difference from the pictures, these are not quality matters.
Generally, we don`t receive returns and refunds except quality problems. For customers reason of the return, please follow the 【Returns and refunds terms】.
