Payment

Total amount is only the item price.
※During free shipping service period, both local shipping and international shipping are free.

If the shipping address is out of Japan, Kiryudo offers Japan consumption tax-free price.
Japan consumption tax is ten percent. In other words, it is ten percent discount.

Payment Methods

Kiryudo accepts a variety of payment methods for purchase.
Such as, PayPal, Credit card, Alipay, Wechat Pay, Bank transfer and Cash on delivery (limited in Japan).

Shipping

In Japan, Kiryudo uses YAMATO TA-Q-BIN and SAGAWA EXPRESS
For international, Kiryudo uses EMS (Express Mail Service)

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the item, and some products may require additional time for delivery. If you have any specific delivery requests, please contact us before placing your order.

Within Japan, you may specify your preferred delivery date and time. If you have a preference, please let us know when placing your order. For international shipments, we regret that this service is not available. However, if you have an urgent request for a special occasion—such as a birthday, Father’s Day, or Mother’s Day—please inform us before placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

As customs regulations vary by country, any applicable duties and taxes shall be the responsibility of the customer. Thanks for your understanding.

For bank transfers, shipment arrangements will be made only after payment has been confirmed.

If you use a forwarding service, there is a possibility that we may not be able to contact you when necessary. Therefore, please ensure that you provide your own contact phone number when placing your order.

To prevent damage during transit, orders of two or more items will be shipped separately, with each item dispatched individually.

Returns and Refunds

Although we take the utmost care in ensuring the quality of our products, we kindly ask that you inspect your items within three days of receipt. In the unlikely event of any quality issues, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to resolve the matter. Please note that as these are handmade products, each item may vary slightly from the photos. Such variations are not considered defects.

In principle, we do not accept returns or refunds except in cases of defects. However, if you wish to request a return for personal reasons, please refer to the “Returns and Refunds Policy terms” below.
